A one-on-one package where it’s just you, me and your own personal chart. This is suitable for people who want to learn alone and perhaps for people who have period issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, etc.

Bring-a-plus-one Package
A group package where it’s you, me, your bestie and both your charts. This is suitable for people who want to split the cost with a sister/friend who also wants to learn FAM. It’s a great choice if you prefer learning with others.

Pay-as-you-go
If you need a refresher or if your charting intentions have changed (perhaps you’ve been trying to avoid and you now want to conceive or you’re postpartum and are breastfeeding awaiting the return of your cycles).
